Requirements

Candidate eligibility:
• Be fluent in English
• To be a native English speaker with a passport from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
• Be ready for an adventure teaching English abroad
• Adaptability, flexibility, and cultural sensitivity
• A willingness to teach across our full range of classes

Personal qualities:
Our Vietnamese partner schools are expecting teachers who can demonstrate the professional capacity to work effectively in a school environment. The best candidates:
• have demonstrated the capacity to be independent
• should be able to adjust to a new environment that is very different to their own
• have demonstrated responsibility and commitment in previous contexts
• should have the capacity to be flexible and meet challenges
• should be prepared to behave professionally at all times

Essential document requirements for all teaching positions:
• A CELTA, TESOL, Trinity or equivalent TEFL teaching certificate with teaching practicum.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Passport from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand
• Clean police check with a 6-month validity either in home country or in Vietnam
• A general health check with a conclusion that you are fit to work.
